Harnessing Yourself for Good
Every time, I try, like writing a blog, answering questions, executing an order in the share market, or making a conversation with Salesforce geeks, I follow the rules. These rules are not laws but experiences that we gain via practice.
Basically, every time I begin a conversation with Salesforce geeks am deadly afraid of failing. I feel like, this would be my last conversation, am losing it, I need to go back to square one. Each thing you do in life, you have to create a gut like I don't know, if I could pull it off, I don't if I could go for hours making a conversation. The secret to success is retaining child-like qualities. If you are completely a child, it's not going to work but being able to keep two ideas that contradict each other opens many doors without coming to conclusions.
So I define a few rules that we should follow to harness ourselves for good.
Rule No # 1: Unlock Brain Power
Emotions are continually affecting our thought processes and decisions, below the level of our awareness. So it is best to search and see how your biases continually operate inside you, as well as learn how to identify such irrationality in others.
Rule No # 2: Online Hustles
LinkedIn regular post is the most remarkable tool for connecting to people and attaining social power. This instrument, however, is blunted by our habitual self-absorption. We all are narcissists, some deeper on the spectrum than others. Our mission should be to come to terms with self-love and learn how to turn our sensitivity outward, toward others, instead of inward. Learn Empathy.
Rule No # 3: Generate Ideas
We call the process of coming up with new concepts "ideation". So, ask questions, write them down, think associatively, and put ideas to the test. People tend to wear mask that shows them off in the best possible light. They say the right things, smile and seem interested in our ideas. Fortunately, the mask has cracks in it. When you are armed with knowledge, you can take the proper defensive measures.
Rule No # 4: Be A Good Mentor
Nearly 9 in 10 mentored people will also go on to mentor others, making mentorship especially valuable for reinforcing a culture of sharing knowledge and relationship building which can help bolster newcomers and attract recognition.
Rule No # 5: Future-Proofing Your Career
We do the best we can when it comes to our career path and handling the inevitable setbacks in life. But in the back of our minds, we can sense an overall lack of direction, as we are pulled this way and that way by our moods and by the opinions of others. We trust ourselves, knowing which battles and detours to avoid.
Rule No # 6: Simple Self Care
Be conscious of your dark side so that you can control and channel the creative energies that lurk in your unconscious. By integrating into your personality, you will be a more complete human and will radiate an authenticity that will draw people to you.
